Campus Campaign Tool Kit

The Campus Campaign Tool Kit provides resources and tools to support organizations participating in HRSA’s National Donation Campus Challenge. Although the materials were developed for HRSA’s campaign, each file is available in .jpg and .eps formats and can be downloaded and customized for any project promoting donor registration in colleges, universities, or other post-secondary institutions.

The materials feature a consistent image and call to action and include templates for email blasts, Web banners, table tents, posters, and electronic postcards that are useful in promoting information about donation.

All Tool Kit materials provide a link to organdonor.gov and can be customized to include Web site links to state donor registries or other donor information sites.

Tool Kit Materials:

• Main Images: There are twelve graphics of various sizes depicting an image of one person equaling eight people with the phrase, "One organ donor can save 8 lives." Each image includes the banner The National Donation Campus Challenge and the HHS and HRSA logos.

• Alternative Images: There are twelve graphics of various sizes with a picture of a stadium full of people and a message that says, “More than 100,000 people in the U.S. are waiting for an organ transplant. Enough to fill a sold-out stadium.” Includes the banner The National Donation Campus Challenge and the HHS and HRSA logos. There are also different phrases for promoting organ donation.

• Other Materials: Other support materials are provided to assist those designing or active in a campus campaign. Materials include sample emails and press releases for campus partners or national partners to personalize for announcements of their participation. Also included are sample PSAs and templates of other materials to support a campus campaign and encourage members of every campus community to register as organ donors.
