Living Donor Support: Laws providing opportunities and benefits to living donors. Legal Consent: A law ensuring that a person's legal consent to donate given during his or her lifetime is honored as set forth by three Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (UAGA) models (1968, 1987, 2006). This consent is usually designated on a driver's license or through a state donor registry.
